Welcome! - Two-fold Purpose of This Blog
One purpose of this blog is to track my progress as I seek to get to weigh 213 by Oct. 13, 2016, which is my next doctor's appointment. I weighed 253 on April 11. The doctor told me that I was borderline diabetic. I like sweet tea and chocolate. Over the last 2 months, I have consumed very little of those two things. I have starfed working out with my son and walking in the mornings before I go to work. I am also eating healthier. I eat boiled eggs, salads, and yogurt. I am drinking more water, too. On June 27, I weighed 237. Yesterday, I weighed 233. 20 more lbs. to go! Another purpose of this blog is to encourage others in their weight loss journey.
